Internet Explorer is a web browser developed by microsoft for microsoft operating systems. It used to be the biggest web browser on the planet, but as of recently; it has taken quite a set back. As the web has moved on quite quickly, but they're trying got get back in there, by finally complying with w3c (world web consortium) standards. Which, if you had to ask any developer, is a much welcome and long awaited development.
